Regulatory Compliance Rules matter — and you take that seriously. As the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer Alternate, you'll ensure daily compliance reporting and checks are completed with integrity and precision, protecting the branch, the bank, and the customers you serve. Orient, support, and mentor assigned managers and staff Act as a coach, mentor, instructor and resource advisor for new employees, as well as be the point of contact to staff on site Act as mentor and resource for new employees, assisting with transition into the PSC work environment and the familiarity with established procedures Work in a doctor's office, a patient service center, in a house call environment Serve as a resource to others Understand the status of the business Oversee and participate in the assessment of patients for admission to program Set out to be a different kind of company Completing or delegating to a qualified individual Provide personal fitness training to clients on a weekly basis to aide in the accomplishment of health goals Provide a sense of urgency to maintain standards while obtaining associate buy-in Maintain a high level of prominence in the local community and association activities Maintain a professional image at work & in the trade Support the General Manager in the total management of the division office Assist in the integration and onboarding of campus Assist in processing of payment of legal invoices to outside vendors Build a bench for future advancements and promotions Assist in the annual budgeting process for geographic areas Adding overall value to the business Promote a harassment-free environment
