Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator

Fresh Tax Solutions is growing rapidly, and we're looking for an organized, energetic, and experienced Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator to help us build an exceptional team. This role is ideal for someone who loves recruiting but also enjoys supporting HR, payroll, onboarding, and office operations. You'll play a key role in helping us attract top talent while ensuring a smooth employee experience from hiring through onboarding. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to hiring. Post and manage job openings across multiple hiring platforms. Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting metrics. Oversee employee onboarding and new hire paperwork. Assist with employee records and HR documentation. Support payroll processing (experience preferred). Assist with benefits administration and HR compliance. Help coordinate company events, employee engagement, and culture initiatives. Provide administrative support to leadership as needed. Maintain confidentiality of employee information. Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar hiring platforms. Experience with payroll systems (ADP preferred) is a plus. HR experience is a strong plus. Administrative or executive support experience is a plus. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
