The Management Connection, Inc. (TMC) is a Professional Facilitation firm that has been in business for over 30 years. We design and facilitate processes that help individuals, groups, organizations, and communities strengthen their ability to think and reach their full potential.

TMC is seeking an entrepreneurial-minded, detail-oriented, individual to lead long-term operations for our small on-site Conference Center, known as Table Thoughts Café. We bring clients into Table Thoughts Café for a variety of conference types. It is not open to the public. We are looking for a detail-oriented, team-player to support our team in providing administrative support. This role will be 60% administrative support and 40% coordination of activities in the private conference center.

Role Responsibilities and Scope :

• Manage day-to-day operations of Table Thoughts Café (TTC)
• Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed
• Work closely with the 360 Support System in creating internal systems for operations of TTC and maintaining cleanliness of office and conference center
• Taking inventory/stocking of supplies
• Forecasting and cost tracking
• Training with other associates on Conference Readiness (based on TMC systems)
• Support Business Units (answering and directing calls, managing supplies, creating/mailing of materials, submitting maintenance tickets, greeting clients, running errands, etc.) This role will be 60% Administrative Support (as this bullet point reflects) and 40% coordination of activities in private conference center.
• Perform various administrative tasks as needed (filing and organizing documents, generating reports, etc.)
• Utilize and maintain our CRM system to support and integrate sales with all Business Units

Skills & Experience Needed :

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • Recent graduates/2026 graduates encouraged to apply 
• Proficient in Microsoft 360 (MS Office Suite)
• Discretion and Confidentiality
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Takes ownership for role and Personal Leadership development
