Responsibilities Providing onsite, front‑line support to both the employees and the client, ensuring excellence in delivery for a client that has a global reach. Managing and executing strategies to drive employee and client engagement, acting as the guardian of the customer’s processes and contracts while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement across the account. Attracting and assessing prospects and candidates, partnering with managers to ensure client hiring needs are met. Keeping on top of payroll issues and working with other departments to ensure all employees are paid timely manner. Working with Kelly’s and the Client’s safety team to ensure a safe working environment for all. Minimum of 5+ years of staffing/leadership experience required, preferably working within an R&D environment and a science background along with an understanding of HR/staffing practices such as on-boarding and off-boarding plus employment law is preferred. This is an onsite role based in Indianapolis, IN. Qualifications Proven ability to effectively engage customers through regular and proactive communication and building of strategic relationships. Proficiency in knowing and leveraging industry trends and best practices to strengthen client partnerships and inform decision making. Results oriented, with high attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment. Strong technical acumen using Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Minimum of 5+ years of staffing/leadership experience required, preferably working within an R&D environment and a science background along with an understanding of HR/staffing practices such as on-boarding and off-boarding plus employment law is preferred. This is an onsite role based in Indianapolis, IN. Compensation & Benefits The base pay range for this position is $61,575 – $82,100 per year . Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
