FOH Shift Leader

The Director of Operations is responsible for ensuring that restaurant staff are rightly positioned to serve guests efficiently, safely, and thoughtfully. Whether FOH or BOH, the Director of Operations participates in operations and ensures that problems are identified & solved for the benefit of guests and staff alike. They are in charge of operational set‑up and the flow of people and food while on‑shift. They oversee operations – ensuring that they not only flow but excel. Furthermore, they are called to lead strategically, to track performance, to anticipate needs, to solve operational challenges, to transition to colleagues well, and to collaborate with other directors to ensure that the business achieves our purpose and vision.
