You Must Have:

An up-to-date cosmetology license for the state

The ability to work weekends (Fridays and Saturday) and be flexible with your schedule (must be able to work peak hours as determined by the bar, typically Thursday through Saturday)

A passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and making people feel better

Salon experience an asset

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure the bar’s vibe and hair is consistent with Blo brand standards

Manage bloer recruitment and training through Blo’s signature Blo U(niversity)

Mentor and up-train existing bloers so they are always blo-ing to their true styling potential

Be a role model and Blo brand ambassador

Participation in maintaining a professional, clean, fun and respectful work environment

Opportunity: potential to be cross-trained on additional services such as makeup, or be promoted to management roles
