Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Zumba Instructor to lead engaging workshops and classes that inspire creativity and skill development. This hands-on class introduces students to the basics of drone flight, safety, aerodynamics, and creative challenges using beginner-friendly drones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children’s lives by making fitness FUN
- Classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography
- We break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure
- It is important to understand that Zumba Kids is centered around creating a FUN atmosphere, as opposed to one of a more technical, competitive nature
- Teach and give out daily leadership development homework to the students attending our programs
- Create lesson plans to keep the class organized and fun
- Experience working with children, preferably in a teaching, tutoring, or camp setting.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt lessons to different skill levels and learning styles.
- Must pass a background check.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Zumba
- 1+ years in teaching
- Has a reliable mode of transportation
- Competent in creating lesson plans
