Therapist (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT) About the Role Lily Center of Chicago, PLLC is a Chicago-based practice dedicated to helping women integrate high performance with whole-person wellness. We’re seeking a therapist who’s passionate about helping clients heal, grow, and move toward values‑aligned performance. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy to clients Maintain thorough documentation and treatment planning in EHR Participate in team consultation and case collaboration Engage in ongoing clinical training and supervision Qualifications Active independent clinical license in Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or equivalent). Provisionally licensed candidates (LSW/LPC) may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis. Strong interest in working with high‑achieving women, anxiety, and values alignment. Excellent clinical judgment, professionalism, and communication skills. Ability to balance autonomy with collaboration and structure. Comfort serving faith‑based clients who wish to integrate their beliefs into care. Compensation & Structure Employment Type: W2 position with benefits, including PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) with employer match. Compensation: Competitive pay with full administrative support—covering billing, credentialing, marketing, and referral generation to help you build a caseload of clients you truly enjoy working with. Schedule: Hybrid (in-person + telehealth). Flexible scheduling allows you to grow your caseload at your own pace and capacity. Four‑day workweeks can be accommodated.
