What You'll Do

• Read and follow route sheets, work instructions, and blueprints.
• Apply adhesives and sealants with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed products to ensure IPC quality standards are met.
• Track and enter work orders using the Paradigm system.
• Cross-train in multiple departments to expand your skills.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.

Choose the Shift That Works Best for You

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Sunday-Thursday)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
