This role provides skilled nursing assessments, medication and symptom management, care planning, and patient/family education in the home setting. The Float Pool RN flexes between teams and territories to support census needs, ensuring continuity and safety. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document accurately in the EMR, and follow evidence-based protocols.
