Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall cleanliness and physical appearance of the apartment community
• Ensure all common areas, grounds, and public spaces are clean, neat, and attractive
• Complete assigned service requests accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist maintenance and property management teams with daily operations as needed
• Follow all company safety procedures and hazard communication guidelines
• Promote safe work practices at all times
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and visitors
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall team effort

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in work performance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good verbal and basic written communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

Experience

• No prior porter, groundskeeping, or janitorial experience required
• Previous experience in grounds maintenance or janitorial work is a plus , but not required
