1st Shift Powder Coater Location: Mansfield, OH Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour, based on experience Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join our manufacturing team in Mansfield, OH. This is a first-shift/second- shift opportunity for someone with previous powder coating experience who takes pride in producing high-quality finished products. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Apply powder coating to metal parts and components Prepare products for coating by cleaning, masking, and staging materials Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently Inspect coated products to ensure quality, consistency, and proper coverage Perform touch-ups or rework as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety policies and production procedures Work with team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications Previous powder coating experience is required Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Why Join Our Team?
