Job Description:
- 18+ years of technology experience in Teradata, Datastage, Airflow, Python, Shell scripting
- Skillset and experience in the areas such as Snowflake/Databricks/Teradata/DataStage/Azure/Databricks etc. will be helpful and preferred.
- Deep understanding of data architecture and data model
- Experience in healthcare domain
- Define and lead the data architecture including the development of a data roadmap and data strategy for all UHG Persistent projects.
- Design and implement data models, data warehouses, data lakes, and data integration processes to support the UHG's data needs.
- This person will be primary SPOC for all technical aspects and will drive all customer discussion for technical/Architecture specific issues
- Work closely with onsite/offshore team to resolve technical issues
- Work with internal and external stakeholders for day-to-day tasks
- Drive RFPs and proactive proposal from the technical aspects
- Bring in the innovation by leveraging persistent tools and accelerators
