Job Description Urgently Hiring Delivery Drivers in Rochester, NY FastMile Logistics LLC is actively hiring reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to deliver Amazon packages in the Rochester area. We are an independent company that partners with Amazon to deliver packages safely and on time. As a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL), you will: Drive an Amazon-branded delivery vehicle OR Rental Deliver packages to homes and businesses Work independently while being part of a team Stay active throughout your shift (this is a physical, fast-paced job) Schedule: Day shift (11:30AM Start time) 8–10 hour shifts 3–5 days per week Consistent full-time hours (36–40 per week) *Performance Driven One weekend day required Compensation & Benefits $21.00 – $23.50 per hour Bonus Incentives Weekly pay Paid training (no experience required) Overtime opportunities available Health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) Tuition reimbursement Referral bonuses Company-provided vehicle, gas, and insurance One Weekend Day required Qualifications Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are ready to get the job done.
