As a Security Officer Credential Verification in Troy, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic aerospace and defense location where you will help manage access control, monitor assigned areas, and support security-related protocols for employees, visitors, and deliveries. In this role, you will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly while bringing our values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity to every shift.

Pay Rate: $19.05 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific access procedures and security-related policies at an aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and document visitor activity to help support authorized access throughout the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting unusual conditions and reporting security-related concerns.
• Complete required logs, reports, and/or access records, and communicate clearly with site contacts regarding daily activities and security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
