Production Assembly Associate

?? Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
?? Full Time - Temporary to Hire
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Production Assembly Associates for a leading manufacturing company in the Casa Grande area. This is a hands-on role for individuals who are mechanically inclined and enjoy working with tools in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble components using hand and power tools
- Follow work instructions and quality standards
- Perform inspections and quality checks
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Mechanical aptitude and tool experience preferred
- Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening including THC
- Clean background required
- Tobacco use is only allowed off site
