Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator, you will support financial advisors and their clients, ensuring a high‑quality client experience and smooth branch operations. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional client service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; resolve inquiries and build strong relationships. Assist with account opening, account transfers, and other transaction requests; prepare documentation and maintain accurate records. Handle administrative and operational tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing client‑meeting materials, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives. Participate in the annual business planning process to help advisors develop strategies for the upcoming year. Drive marketing activities, including planning and executing branch events. Use technology tools, including MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided applications.
