Minimum Requirements:
- Occupational Therapist License for CA or Compact as applicable
- Applicable recent experience in this Rehabilitation work setting
- Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
- Certifications: BLS, CA license
- Equipment/Procedures: Cerner, Epic
- Experience: 1 year
