Quality Manager

This role is essential to ensuring precision, consistency, and excellence across complex projects. The QA/QC Manager will oversee inspection programs, enforce standards, and lead quality assurance processes that keep every system clean, compliant, and built to last. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage QA/QC programs in alignment with corporate and client standards Oversee inspection and testing of high-purity piping systems, welds, and installations Identify and communicate deviations for client review and approval Develop and maintain QA/QC documentation, including ITPs, NCRs, and tracking reports Uphold semiconductor cleanroom and high-purity quality standards, ensuring full material traceability Manage Copy Exact (CE) compliance across projects Implement and monitor FOD (Foreign Object Debris) prevention programs Conduct internal audits and support external customer or ISO 9001 audits Collaborate with design, engineering, and project teams to resolve issues proactively Train and mentor QA/QC inspectors, ensuring consistent practices Track quality performance metrics and drive continuous improvement What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of QA/QC experience in semiconductor or high-purity construction Strong understanding of semiconductor quality systems, cleanroom standards, and contamination control Knowledge of FOD control and Copy Exact protocols Experience managing QA/QC programs, audits, and documentation Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills Certifications such as ASQ CQA, AWS-CWI, or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor preferred Who You Are You’re disciplined, focused, and intentional.
