Business Analyst

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field Experience supporting sourcing, supply chain, finance, or analytical initiatives Strong experience with data analysis, reporting, and analytics workstreams Experience owning projects/workstreams end-to-end with limited supervision Experience using AI and automation tools to improve business processes Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools Experience with automation tools, scripting, macros, or workflow platforms Ability to identify and implement automation solutions that reduce manual effort Plusses: Experience with eSourcing tools Procurement or supply chain sourcing experience Experience deploying AI-enabled solutions across teams Process improvement or operational excellence background Day-to-Day: This individual will own analytical workstreams from problem definition through recommendation, gathering and structuring sourcing and procurement data to perform spend analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and scenario modeling. They will build dashboards and reporting solutions, identify opportunities for AI and automation, and develop tools that streamline reporting, data preparation, bid analysis, and workflow processes. The role will support sourcing initiatives including RFP development and bid evaluations while partnering closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Technology teams. Additionally, the candidate will identify process inefficiencies, create standardized workflows and templates, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability across global operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
