About the Position

Choice Moving Company is hiring full-time Drivers / Foremen to lead moving crews, drive 26’ box trucks, and deliver a top-tier customer experience. We’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals who can lead by example, communicate well, and keep move days running smoothly. Experience is great — but we’ll train the right person quickly.

Responsibilities

Safely drive non-CDL 26’ box trucks
Lead a moving crew on residential & commercial jobs
Provide excellent customer service
Load/wrap/secure items efficiently
Lift 75+ lbs and stay active all day
Communicate clearly with customers & team
Maintain safety, flow, and professionalism on every move

Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 75+ lbs
Leadership skills or willingness to learn
Strong customer service + communication
Reliable, mature, team-oriented
Weekend availability (rotating)
Moving experience preferred but not required

Compensation & Perks

$20–$28/hr depending on skill & leadership
Daily tips

Schedule
