What You'll Do As a Leasing Consultant, you'll help connect people with their next home while delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:- Tour and lease apartment homes to prospective residents
- Build rapport and communicate the value of our communities
- Manage leasing paperwork, rent payments, and move-ins/move-outs
- Handle resident inquiries and service requests with care
- Maintain strong knowledge of floor plans, amenities, and the local area
- Availability to work one weekend day as part of a five-day work week
- Personal, reliable transportation that you can bring to work each day, along with a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- $19-$21 hourly plus commissions
