Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and help them feel comfortable as they explore their options.
• Listen carefully to each customer’s needs and guide them toward the right vehicle or product fit.
• Present features, benefits, and pricing in a clear, honest way.
• Follow up on leads and continue the conversation with customers after their first visit.
• Support the sales process from first contact through final paperwork and delivery.
• Keep product knowledge current so you can answer questions with confidence.
• Work closely with the rest of the store to create a smooth and welcoming experience for every customer.
• Maintain an organized sales area and accurate customer records.

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Motorcycle endorsement preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with learning product details and explaining them clearly.
• Ability to work with customers in person and follow through on sales opportunities.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling, record keeping, or point-of-sale systems.
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple customer conversations at once.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
• Experience in automotive, powersports, or related retail sales preferred.
