Overview
Registered Nurse – ER travel assignment in Hanford, California. Start date: 10/05/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,145–$2,239 per week. Guaranteed hours: 48 per week. Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care for an assigned patient group according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines using critical thinking and independent judgment.
- Collect relevant data, analyze assessments, develop and implement a care plan, and evaluate progress toward outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to provide a safe, healing, humane environment; educate patients and family members as appropriate.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care; delegate tasks appropriately and coordinate duties of the care team.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice (California) or state of assignment.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor.
- ACLS (American Heart Association) or ARC-ALS certification required.
- Minimum of two years of recent ER or acute care nursing experience.
- EPIC EMR experience required.
- BSN preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced hospital setting.
