Shipping & Receiving Associate
Our customer in Beloit, Wisconsin is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join their team. We're recruiting Shipping & Receiving Associates to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you will be responsible for receiving incoming materials, preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of the Shipping & Receiving Associate:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Prepare, package, label, for outgoing orders.
- Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the facility.
- Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Inspect products for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues.
- Organize and properly store incoming materials and finished goods.
- Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and shipping/receiving processes.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Shipping & Receiving Associate Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred.
- Ability to accurately read shipping documents, labels, and work orders.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.
- Reliable attendance and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Pay for Shipping & Receiving Associate: Starting at $20-$22/hour. Shipping & Receiving Associate Benefits:
