Job Overview A law firm seeks a Real Estate Transactional Associate for its Salt Lake City, UT office. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of real estate transactional experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and finance. Responsibilities Draft purchase and sale agreements, closing documents, and loan documents. Prepare leases and instruments such as deeds and easements. Review title commitments, recorded documents, surveys, and zoning reports. Qualifications Licensed to practice law in the state of the office location. Strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials. Education Juris Doctor (JD) Certifications State Bar License Skills & Experience Experience in real estate transactions and due diligence.
