Full Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Associate to join a growing manufacturing team. This hands-on position plays an important role in supporting daily production operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and helping maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Employees will have the opportunity to learn multiple areas of the production process and develop valuable manufacturing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly, inspection, packaging, and production tasks according to established procedures
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow written work instructions and supervisor guidance
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Adhere to all safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Support various departments and production areas as needed
• Learn new processes and responsibilities to assist overall production goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or assembly experience is a plus
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Frequent use of hands and wrists throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
