1st & 2nd Shift Production Associate/Assemblers | DIRECT PLACEMENT $23/hr Key Responsibilities

• Assemble radiators and copper coil systems using blueprints and work orders
• Measure, cut, and build components to exact specifications
• Use hand tools, drills, and measuring equipment daily
• Install screws and brackets for metal components
• Maintain production timelines and quality standards
• Communicate equipment or process issues to leadership
• Participate in 5S organization and cleanliness initiatives
• Follow all safety and company procedures

• 6+ months of mechanical assembly experience
• Ability to read blueprints and use tape measures accurately
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills
• Understanding of PPE requirements (steel-toe boots, eye/ear protection)

• Strong team culture with company events and recognition

This is a Permanent position based out of Chaska, MN.

The pay range for this position is $47153.00 - $47153.00/yr.
