Contract RN - Cardiac Cath Lab
This is a 13-week contract position.
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. On-call rotating requirements for weekends.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our Cardiac Cath Lab. The successful candidate will work as part of a dedicated team, focusing on conducting various cardiac procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in cardiac diagnostic procedures, including PCI and electrophysiology studies.
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing various diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac procedures.
- Monitor and manage patients' conditions before, during, and after procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Maintain knowledge of and adherence to safety protocols and unit guidelines.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Valid RN license.
- ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
- Previous experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab is essential.
- Familiarity with EMR Meditech is preferred.
