Seasonal Bartender

Responsibilities Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily Guide guests on their beverage journey through descriptive selling of the menu Be accurate in your order taking, confirming all special requests Be the master of the bar, understanding the details to enhance the conversation Work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff Assist guests who have concerns to guide them to a resolution that leaves them happy Finalize the experience through timely and accurate bill presentation Requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits; maintain stock, cutting, storing fresh fruit/vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality Mix, garnish, and present drinks following standard ingredient recipes and practicing portion control Input orders into a register at the point of sale and create a check for each guest Lock up and store all beverages, food, and other equipment items, deposit cash drops and secure bank Qualifications Engaging and welcoming personality Current bartending certification or appropriate license Knowledgeable in mixology trends Descriptive and can sell 2-4 years of bartending experience Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits Can work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests Excellent communication skills Compensation $10.00 - $10.00 per hour Equal Opportunity Employer Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
