Position: Marketing Specialist Location: Chicago, Illinois, Hybrid 3x per week Duration: Longterm Contract Job ID: 176960 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to plan, build, and execute digital marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This role is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality campaign delivery across email, SMS, and push notifications. The ideal candidate combines strong execution skills with an understanding of marketing strategy and customer journeys. Responsibilities Build, test, and deploy marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio. Develop and optimize customer journeys, ensuring seamless and targeted communication flows. Apply dynamic content, AMPscript, and personalization techniques to enhance engagement. Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot issues related to delivery, data, or personalization. Collaborate with marketing and data teams to ensure accurate campaign setup and execution. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in campaign execution or marketing operations. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and customer journey orchestration. Experience with AMPscript, dynamic content, and personalization. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email development and troubleshooting. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
