You'll manage weekly and semi-monthly payroll cycles, administer Time & Attendance in ADP Workforce Now, navigate certified payroll and prevailing wage requirements, and handle the full spectrum of deductions, special pay, and compliance reporting that a national, multi-state workforce demands.If precision is your standard and reliability is your reputation — this role was built for you.What You'll OwnThe CyclesDirect the preparation and processing of weekly and semi-monthly payroll for a multi-state, multi-location workforce using ADP Workforce NowManage the Time & Attendance system — resolving timecard errors, auditing time reporting, and ensuring every hour worked is captured correctly before processingCalculate pro-rata pay and administer special pay including stipends, commissions, bonuses, and prevailing wages with precision and consistencyThe ComplianceHandle certified payroll reporting and prevailing wage administration — accurately, completely, and on scheduleAdminister all deductions including benefits, garnishments, and 401K with a zero-tolerance standard for errorAdhere to all applicable local, state, and federal payroll laws and maintain audit-ready payroll records at all timesGenerate reports for data analysis and compliance verification — translating payroll data into clear, actionable documentationThe PartnershipServe as a knowledgeable, responsive resource for team members and managers with payroll questions — you resolve issues quickly and communicate clearlyCollaborate with HR, Finance, and branch operations to ensure payroll data integrity across all systemsIdentify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement of payroll operations — you don't just process; you improveWho You AreYou don't round.
