Universal Energy Solutions is expanding across the Cincinnati business market and hiring motivated individuals to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role you will work with businesses throughout the Cincinnati region to develop professional relationships and introduce solutions that help companies reduce operating costs.

Through hands-on training, you will learn how to consult with clients, manage business accounts, and build a portfolio of commercial relationships.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to build experience in client management, consulting, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Build professional relationships with business clients across the Dallas region
• Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial accounts
• Meet with business decision-makers to discuss energy solutions
• Identify opportunities to support and expand client accounts
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with business customers
