Job Overview A law firm seeks a talented employment attorney with over five years of experience to join their Employment Law team in Los Angeles, CA. The candidate should have strong academic credentials, law firm experience, and a commitment to client service and practical solutions. Duties Advise clients on strategic workforce growth, employment policies, and compliance. Provide guidance to executives and HR leaders on employment matters. Support corporate transactions by advising on employment-related risks. Draft and negotiate employment agreements and related documents. Collaborate with clients in technology and private equity sectors. Requirements Excellent academic credentials and strong communication skills. Current associate in a Chambers-ranked Labor & Employment group. Member of the California State Bar or New York State Bar. Demonstrated maturity, professionalism, and judgment. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications Member of the State Bar of California or New York. Skills Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Effective communicator with stakeholders at all levels.
