POSITION: Dialysis RN

SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING
===============================

• Shift hours: 3x12s, 645p-715a


• Charting: EPIC experience required

• Weekend Requirement: May be EOW or 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week scheduling block

• RTO: ALL requests must be included with the submission

• Call off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2-weeks.

• Holiday Requirement: Must work one holiday per 13-week contract.

• Accept First-Time Travelers: Yes

• Locals Accepted? No locals accepted. Refer to Submittal Instructions for radius rule criteria.

• Pending License Accepted: Yes, only if the candidate holds a single-state license from a non-compact state. Otherwise, submission must include an active Virginia State or Compact RN/LPN license.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

• BLS; ACLS

REQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS
========================

• Work Settings: Adult Acute Care Inpatient Dialysis

• 2 years experience strongly preferred

• Experience with patients with: Acute renal failure/injury, Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis

• Absence of disinfectant in system, Ability to cannulate AV graft, Ability to cannulate AV fistula, Dialysate Conductivity testing, Tunneled/ Non Tunneled Catheter

• Equipment: B. Braun Dialog, , HD machine, Portable RO, Glucometer

• Troubleshooting: Arterial pressure alarm, Blood leak detector, Conductivity alarm, Venous pressure alarm
