The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in power semiconductor devices and power electronic systems, along with proven expertise in product lifecycle, roadmap strategy and P&L management. This role requires effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and drive product success.The Day-to-DayThe ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing power semiconductor products. The candidate must be proficient in defining new products and aligning them with market demands while ensuring the profitability of the overall product portfolio. Additionally, expertise in roadmap management is crucial, enabling the candidate to strategically plan and prioritize product development initiatives.A comprehensive understanding of product lifecycle management is imperative, with the capability to manage products from concept to retirement. The candidate should also demonstrate strong P&L management, market research and competitive analysis skills.Effective communication skills are essential for success in this role. The candidate must exhibit exceptional oral and written communication abilities to deliver impactful presentations and facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
