The practice is entirely ASC-based and focused on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered vascular and interventional care in the outpatient setting.The incoming physician will join a well-supported clinical practice with an experienced team of nurses, technologists, administrative personnel, reception staff, and centralized billing and back-office support. We are looking for more than a proceduralist. The practice emphasizes clinical decision-making, longitudinal patient care, procedural excellence, accessibility, and close communication with referring physicians.The anticipated procedural scope includes:Peripheral arterial evaluation and intervention including lower-extremity arterial revascularizationPeripheral venous interventions – RFA, sclerotherapyDialysis access evaluation and interventionEmbolization proceduresOutpatient vascular consultations and follow-up careAdditional image-guided outpatient interventions based on physician experience, patient demand, and practice-development priorities Candidates should be comfortable managing patients throughout the full episode of care, including consultation, procedural planning, intervention, post-procedure management, and longitudinal follow-up.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality, evidence-based vascular and interventional care in an outpatient ASC environmentEvaluate patients in consultation and determine appropriate procedural and nonprocedural treatment plansPerform peripheral arterial, venous, dialysis access, embolization, and other outpatient IR procedures within the physician’s training and privilegesProvide appropriate pre-procedure assessment and post-procedure follow-upCommunicate clearly and promptly with patients, families, referring physicians, and members of the clinical teamWork collaboratively with nursing, technologist, anesthesia, administrative, and operational personnelMaintain accurate, complete, and timely clinical documentationParticipate in quality-improvement, patient-safety, and clinical-standardization initiativesHelp develop new clinical programs and expand appropriate outpatient service linesBuild and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and community partnersContribute to the long-term clinical, operational, and strategic growth of the practiceThe Ideal CandidateWe are seeking a physician who combines strong technical ability with a genuine interest in clinical practice development.
