Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive health care for individuals and families, spanning pediatric to geriatric populations.
• Handle chronic disease management, preventive care, acute illnesses, and mental health issues through a patient-centered lens.
• Conduct thorough physical assessments, interpret diagnostic tests, and formulate custom treatment regimens.
• Collaborate with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and various healthcare professionals to ensure complete care.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Graduation from a recognized Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or already possess) an active Iowa medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
