Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, 30022

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 100% Onsite

Duration: 6 Months with strong potential for extension

Pay $46.00/hour on w2.

About the Role

We are looking for an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to support a client site in Hampton, GA. This role will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, identifying and addressing workplace hazards, supporting OSHA compliance, and ensuring employees follow site-specific safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an OSHA Competent Person for BMS installation activities, including low-voltage electrical subcontractor work.
• Identify existing and potential workplace hazards and take appropriate corrective action.
• Conduct or coordinate safety and health training when knowledge gaps are identified.
• Follow and enforce site-specific safety procedures, including:
• Electrical Safety
• Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
• Ladder Safety
• Working at Heights
• Incident and Near-Miss Reporting
• Support compliance with Schneider Electric safety policies and procedures .
• Maintain awareness of required safety training and certifications.
• Support workplace safety and hazard prevention activities.

Required Qualifications

• Current OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification , completed within the past 2 years .
• Ability to meet OSHA requirements for a Competent Person .
• Knowledge of workplace hazard identification and corrective actions.
• Ability to conduct or coordinate safety training.
• CPR/First Aid training or certification .
