Internal Recruiter - $22-$25/hr, Temp-to-Perm

Adecco is seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Recruiter to support our growing staffing operations in the Auburn Hills market. This position will be based out of our Auburn Hills Branch , with regular travel and support required for our Troy location . The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of client openings.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach.

• Conduct phone screens and in-person/virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

• Manage candidate onboarding, including pre-employment screenings, background checks, and employment documentation.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within recruiting and applicant tracking systems.

• Partner closely with Branch leadership and clients to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements.

• Support employee relations activities, scheduling, attendance tracking, and workforce management as needed.

• Travel between Auburn Hills and Troy locations to support recruiting initiatives, hiring events, and client needs.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting systems/applicant tracking software.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between Auburn Hills and Troy locations.

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
