Assembly Technician

Aerospace Assembly Technician
We are seeking a dedicated Aerospace Assembly Technician to join our team in assembling and building aerospace parts. This role involves connecting cables and conducting subsequent testing in a small, clean environment. You will be part of a close-knit team of approximately 10 assemblers, working with glass parts that are sourced from a furnace.
Responsibilities
- Assemble aerospace parts with precision and accuracy.
- Inspect assembled components to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
- Utilize schematics and blueprints to guide assembly processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in inspection, mechanical, and electrical tasks.
- Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints.
- Experience with hand tools and aerospace components.
- Skills in connectors and component assembly.
- Experience in aerospace, aviation, and soldering.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Organizational skills to support product assembly and manufacturing.
- Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic understanding of drawings, work instructions, and computer data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, averaging 40 hours per week. The environment is very clean, temperature-controlled, and conducive to focused work.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
