Electrical Estimator

Position Summary The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in commercial electrical estimating with a stable, long‑term work history in the industry. For the right candidate, we are open to remote or hybrid work arrangements. Key Qualifications Proven experience in electrical estimating, ideally across ground‑up construction, tenant improvement (TI), medical, OSHPD, schools, life science, EV charging, utility companies, and/or Federal projects (Federal experience is a plus, but not required). Solid background in commercial, industrial, or Federal projects. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong relationships within the industry and the ability to build new relationships with new clients. Experience with design assist / design build projects. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. The ability to work with lighting vendors, gear vendors, UPS vendors, etc. for accuracy. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Work Conditions Primarily office‑based role with occasional visits to job sites as needed. Fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple concurrent projects. Open to remote or hybrid work arrangements for the right candidate. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasional walking on job sites, which may involve standing, walking, bending, and climbing stairs. Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds (e.g., carrying plans or equipment). Background check required for final candidates.
