Network Project Manager

A project manager is needed to support a Local Metro Transport organization. This role oversees the end-to-end delivery of network transport projects. The position involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, and driving execution across the full project lifecycle, from build through provisioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and drive project execution across multiple metro transport initiatives.
• Lead project calls, manage timelines, and track dependencies and deliverables.
• Coordinate across engineering, provisioning, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Communicate project status, risks, and escalations to stakeholders.
• Oversee project lifecycle activities including build planning, provisioning coordination, and site readiness requests.
• Ensure compliance with established processes and standards.
• Utilize internal tools and systems to manage project data and reporting.

Required Qualifications

Experience in telecommunications project management, particularly within network transport environments, is required. Candidates should have a strong understanding of the telecom lifecycle (build, provision, deploy) and proven ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams is necessary.

Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with or supporting large-scale telecommunications projects.
• Familiarity with industry-standard project management systems and tools.
• Background in metro transport or similar network infrastructure environments.
