Industrial Automation Engineer

PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies

PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies is seeking an Industrial Automation Engineer to design, implement, and support automated systems in a precision casting environment. You will program and integrate PLCs, robots, sensors, and motion controls to improve quality, throughput, and safety. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment issues, leading root-cause analysis, optimizing production processes, and supporting new equipment installations. You’ll collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations to drive continuous improvement and standardization while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and aerospace manufacturing requirements.
