We’re looking for a dynamic Director of Operations to lead both our warehouse and delivery operations—driving performance, developing people, and ensuring our products move efficiently and safely every day. We’re seeking a proven operations leader who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments and can drive results through people, process, and performance. This role oversees all aspects of warehouse and distribution operations—leading leaders and teams to achieve best‑in‑class service, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on strategist who brings urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement to everything they lead. What You’ll Do As the Director of Operations, you’ll oversee all aspects of warehouse and delivery operations—from receiving and inventory management to order fulfillment, distribution, and delivery. You’ll lead and develop a team of managers, supervisors, leads, clerks, and warehouse associates to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Lead day and night warehouse teams to achieve safety, accuracy, and productivity goals. Lead the delivery team on safety, efficiencies, and overall performance goals Foster a positive, high‑performance culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, replenishment, and outbound shipping. Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other applicable regulations. Monitor key performance indicators and use data to drive decisions and process improvements. Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse—ensuring equipment, layout, and safety standards support efficient operations. Recruit, train, and develop team members, creating clear expectations and providing ongoing coaching and feedback. Partner with other departments (Sales, Delivery, and HR) to align operational goals and support company initiatives. What We’re Looking For 10+ years of warehouse and distribution management experience leading multi‑shift teams. Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate diverse teams. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills—comfortable using data to drive performance. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office Suite NetSuite experience (preferred) Understanding of OSHA and DOT regulations.
