Vacaville, CA – 154 Browns Valley Parkway, Vacaville, CA 95688-3062, United States of America. Pay: $16.90 - $17.50 per hour. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service. Handle front‑desk activities: Answer phones, assist callers, check members into the system, give tours, enroll new members, calculate rates and monthly payment amounts, and assist the Club Manager in drawer counts. Facilitate updates to members’ accounts. Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally; elevate matters to the Assistant Manager or Club Manager as needed. Maintain club cleanliness: complete daily housekeeping tasks within the first hour of each shift, assist with the priority cleaning list, perform walk‑around and bathroom checks, and participate in special cleaning projects when required. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as needed by the club. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or GED required. Customer‑service background preferred. Basic computer proficiency. Excellent punctuality and reliability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive, upbeat attitude with a passion for fitness and health. Exceptional customer‑service skills and ability to exceed member expectations. Strong listening, empathy, and problem‑solving skills. Diplomatic communication and appropriate language. Physical Demands Continual standing and walking during shifts. Continual talking in person or on the phone during shifts. Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
