Temporary Customer Experience & Operations Associate Industry / Environment E-Commerce & Consumer Brands Location West Hollywood, CA (Hybrid: Initial In-Office Training followed by Remote Coverage) Assignment Duration & Hours Dates: July 29, 2026 – August 17, 2026 Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM PST Work Model: Hybrid Pay: $28/hr On-Site Days: Wednesday, July 29 & Thursday, July 30 (West Hollywood office) for process review and handover training Remote Days: Remainder of the assignment (July 31 – August 17) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, tech-savvy Customer Service Associate to provide seamless temporary coverage for an outgoing team member on planned leave. This role requires immediate operational proficiency in modern e-commerce customer support tools to manage incoming inquiries, order processing, and post-purchase customer interactions with speed, accuracy, and brand alignment. Key Responsibilities & Duties Omnichannel Inquiry Management: Deliver fast, empathetic, and effective customer support across tickets, chat, and email channels using help desk software. Order & Return Processing: Handle order lookups, order modifications, shipping updates, and return/exchange workflows efficiently. Process Continuity: Participate in intensive initial on-site training to absorb brand-specific policies, voice guidelines, and operational SOPs. Issue Resolution: Proactively resolve customer inquiries regarding orders, exchanges, missing packages, and product inquiries while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
