Essential Responsibilities

• Exhibit strong computer proficiency to manage patient information efficiently.
• Provide courteous and professional telephone communication to patients, visitors, and colleagues.
• Operate all front office equipment with confidence and accuracy.
• Maintain medical records in strict accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes seamlessly.
• Accurately collect patient payments and prepare deposits.
• Uphold strict confidentiality of patient information at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the healthcare team.

Education and Experience Required
