Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously. Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built‑to‑order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas; keep the coffee station clean and organized. Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age‑restricted products. Maintain store stock, keep shelves fresh, full, and inviting. Perform store housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and ensuring a clean and safe environment according to policies and procedures. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and multitask effectively. Must be 16 years old or older with reliable transportation. Enjoy working in a team environment. Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $15.50 – $19.25 (commensurate with position, experience, and location). Shift differential: $1.50 for hours worked between 12am – 6am.
