I implemented a variety of assessment tools including the VB‑MAPP, AFLS, Vineland, Socially Savvy, and ABLLS to develop individualized treatment goals. Director of Training & Development BK Behavior | October 2024 – Present I began this role as a team of one and have since built and now oversee a team of 18 members. I lead the development, implementation, and oversight of all training, professional development, and clinical growth initiatives across the organization.
